Margarida Dalçoquio Bitencourt, 142 - Salseiros, Itajaí - SC, 88311-570 Position Summary: Responsible for performing Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on equipment/vehicles to ensure they meet quality and delivery standards. Flexibly supports container loading and unloading operations as needed to maintain efficient warehouse and logistics workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. PDI Execution (Primary Duty) Conduct comprehensive PDI checks according to the inspection checklist, covering appearance, functions, safety devices, fluid levels, electrical systems, and other critical areas. Document inspection results, flag non-conformities, report them promptly, and assist with re-inspection after corrective actions. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inspection reports for every unit, guaranteeing only compliant products are delivered. 2. Loading / Unloading Support (Secondary Duty) Assist the team with container unloading and loading during peak arrival or shipment periods. Follow all safety procedures and properly use handling equipment such as forklifts or lifting tools (as applicable). Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify cargo quantities and condition. Quality Feedback & Improvement Compile recurring PDI issues and propose improvement suggestions to the technical department. Participate in process optimisation initiatives to enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy. Requisitos: Technical secondary school / high school diploma or above; preference for majors in mechanical, electrical, or automotive fields. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with common inspection tools (multimeter, pressure gauge, etc.). Prior PDI or quality inspection experience is a plus; recent graduates with strong aptitude are also welcome. High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle moderate physical labour (loading/unloading assistance). Forklift licence or driving licence is an advantage.
