Diagnose client challenges by analyzing business goals, customer journeys, and performance data to identify root causes and growth opportunities. Develop data-driven growth strategies tailored to different industries, use cases, and customer lifecycle stages, driving measurable business outcomes. Lead Executive Business Reviews, workshops, and strategic consulting sessions, aligning Marketing, CRM, Agency, and Product stakeholders around shared objectives. Translate complex client requirements into actionable recommendations and collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions. Build long-term executive relationships based on trust, strategic guidance, and measurable business impact rather than reactive account management. Drive commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing programs, and positioning WhatsApp as a core component of clients' marketing and customer engagement strategies. Continuously educate clients on industry trends, best practices, and new product capabilities while challenging existing approaches and introducing innovative growth ideas.
