What your day-to-day will look like Reconcile receivable accounts and identify discrepancies; Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues; Communicate with EBANX partners processors to resolve reconciliation issues; Analyze and report on receivable trends and variances; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes; Implement new flows in our Reconciliation System; Develop new ways of working according to the new operations, suppliers and systems; Analyze costs trends and generate insights for efficiency (costs and revenue). What you need to shine in this role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field; Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish; Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Excel and/or Google Sheets); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellen

• Reconciliar contas a receber e identificar discrepâncias.
• Investigar e resolver discrepâncias e problemas de pagamento.
• Comunicar com processadores parceiros para resolver problemas de reconciliação.
• Analisar e reportar tendências e variações de contas a receber.
• Implementar novos fluxos no sistema de Reconciliação.

O que você precisa ter

• Graduação em Administração, Contabilidade, Finanças ou Engenharia.
• Proficiência intermediária em inglês ou espanhol.
• Proficiência em planilhas (MS Excel e/ou Google Sheets).
• Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas.
