Full Stack Engineer We're looking for a curious, ambitious engineer at the beginning of their career who wants to learn fast, solve real problems, and build products used by some of the world's most ambitious organizations. You'll work directly with our founding CTO, ship production code from day one, and help build AI-native recruiting software used by Tier 1 venture capital funds, leading technology companies, high-growth startups and agencies around the world. What you'll do Build frontend features in React and backend APIs in Node.js/TypeScript Model and query data in PostgreSQL Write automated tests Debug production issues Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) as part of your daily workflow We're looking for Solid programming logic — you can break a problem down, reason through control flow, and structure a solution before you start typing Some exposure to JavaScript or TypeScript; a background in another language is fine if the fundamentals are there Comfortable with Git Able to debug independently before asking for help — and able to ask early when stuck Clear written communication; receptive to code review Uses AI to move faster, and can explain every line of code you ship Why join us?
