In the Operations team at EBANX, you don’t just oversee processes. You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. Your day-to-day impact: Act as the main technical point of contact for all implementation-related activities throughout the client integration lifecycle. Facilitate account setup, provide hands-on technical support, and guide Merchants through testing and pre-launch activities. Manage the merchant's journey through integration until the solution is fully adopted and successfully ramped up. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Merchant-reported technical integration problems and system configuration issues. Handle post-live communication and follow-ups with mer
