Experience operating production systems with real stakes, including databases, queues, and stateful workloads - scaling, failover, and migrations without downtime. Ability to debug a distributed system you didn’t build, from symptom to verified root cause, and write it up so others can act on it. Security awareness as a habit - Least privilege, blast radius, and secrets hygiene. Ability to code for infrastructure using Python, Go, or Bash. Fluent written English. Growth mindset and hunger to learn. Ability to use AI assistants effectively and identify when they’re wrong. Budget The budget range for this role is €5.000,00/Month – €10.000,00/Month , depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
