Overview Are you a driven recruiter who thrives on hitting targets, keeping candidates engaged, and moving quickly from screening to placement? We are partnering with a healthcare staffing organization that supports school and clinic partners across the United States. The Careers Department plays a critical role in maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet placement goals. As a Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator, you will manage candidates from initial screening through placement. This is a performance driven, metrics focused role where consistency, follow through, and speed matter. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote environment and thrives under structured KPIs and accountability. Key Responsibilities Candidate Pipeline Ownership Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Submit qualified candidates to open requisitions within defined timelines. Maintain a consistent submission pipeline aligned with weekly KPIs. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and internal teams. Drive candidate follow ups to reduce drop off and fallout. Ensure timely completion of onboarding and compliance paperwork. KPI & Performance Management Maintain accurate and up to date records in Bullhorn ATS. Track and manage personal recruiting metrics, including submissions, interviews, and placements. Participate in weekly performance and pipeline review meetings. Prioritize requisitions based on urgency and business needs. Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and proactively problem solve. Communication & Professionalism Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain organized notes, tasks, and follow ups within the ATS. Escalate delays, concerns, or risks proactively. Must-Have Requirements Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Comfort working in a metrics driven, performance based role. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience using ATS platforms and job boards. Reliable, punctual, and deadline focused. Comfortable receiving direct feedback and accountability. Nice-to-Have Requirements 6 to 24 months of recruiting or staffing experience, with junior level candidates preferred. Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS systems. Experience recruiting for healthcare, education, or clinical roles. Background working remotely for U.S. based companies.
