Role Overview The Python Developer will be responsible for design, develop, and deliver Python based automation projects for BotCity clients, ensuring performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction through scalable and maintainable solutions. This person will be deliver automation projects on time and within scope, keep production automations running reliably, maintain clear and complete documentation, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders through regular updates. This role is built for someone with solid experience in Python, who is passionate about automation and high-quality code, communicates well and prioritizes the client experience, and stays reliable and resilient in ambiguous, fast changing environments. This role reports to the Delivery Manager. Responsibilities Gather and analyze client requirements, propose automation solutions, and design workflows aligned with business goals. Develop, test, and deploy Python automations using BotCity’s platform and best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, following team standards, reviews, and version control processes (Git). Monitor, debug, and optimize automations to ensure reliability and performance in production. Document processes, code, and architecture clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide technical support and training during project handover or customer onboarding. Collaborate closely with project managers, QA, and clients to ensure successful and timely project delivery. Identify and implement improvements in development practices, tooling, and project workflows.
