We're looking for a talented and passionate Visual Designer to join Wildlife's Game Art Team in São Paulo. The Game Art Team at Wildlife is growing. With an audience that numbers in the millions, our games have the power to impact countless lives. Our games connect people with interesting characters, vibrant worlds, and unforgettable experiences. That's no small task, but we have a powerful secret weapon: our people. The Wildlife team is a collection of world-class talent, a team focused on synergy, collaboration, and growing strong together. Our Visual Designers work on finding solutions to complex systems with a focus on visual clarity and design cohesiveness. The Visual Designers collaborate with artists, Product Managers, Engineering and creative leaders to establish the first and most important point of contact with the players, the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). They also help build and maintain a solid visual identity for our IPs inside and outside our games. We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a "take the initiative" environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business. What you'll do Craft: You will create the design of all elements related to user interfaces, including: menus, Illustrations, HUD, pop-ups, key visuals, UI style guides, Design System; you will also develop the UX of our games, including: prototypes, wireframe and mockups. Collaboration: You will work closely with Art Directors to help establish a cohesive look for our games. You will also work with various other disciplines such as Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to deliver user-friend

Habilidades

O que você vai fazer

• Criar o design de elementos de interface (menus, ilustrações, HUD, pop-ups, key visuals, UI style guides, Design System)
• Desenvolver a experiência do usuário (protótipos, wireframes, mockups)
• Colaborar com Art Directors para estabelecer um visual coeso para os jogos
• Trabalhar com Product Managers, Engenheiros e Designers para entregar a interface do usuário
• Construir e manter a identidade visual das IPs dentro e fora dos jogos
